We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to make a return, we offer a 14-day return window. You have 14 days from the date your item is delivered (or received in-store) to initiate a return.

All approved returns will be refunded as store credit only. Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of the status. If approved, you’ll receive your store credit as either a physical or digital gift card, depending on your original purchase method.
Inspect your items upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked "delivered" by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please use your tracking number to contact the carrier or your local delivery driver. For added peace of mind, we recommend setting up delivery alerts with the carrier and monitoring your package, especially during peak seasons.
Limited Stock: Our inventory is limited and restocks are not guaranteed. We recommend purchasing quickly if you have your eye on something.
