Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to make a return, we offer a 14-day return window. You have 14 days from the date your item is delivered (or received in-store) to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
• Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, email us at Support@shopmasbueno.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without approval — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

All approved returns will be refunded as store credit only. Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of the status. If approved, you’ll receive your store credit as either a physical or digital gift card, depending on your original purchase method.

Damages & Issues

Inspect your items upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Vintage
• Swimwear
• Accessories
• Shoes
• Candles
• Sale items
• Custom or personalized items
• Beauty and personal care products
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend completing a return and placing a new order once your return is accepted.

Shipping Policy

Flat Rate Shipping: All domestic orders ship for a flat rate of $7.95.

In-Store Pickup: If you selected shipping but prefer in-store pickup, contact us at Support@shopmasbueno.com to update your order and receive a shipping refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked "delivered" by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please use your tracking number to contact the carrier or your local delivery driver. For added peace of mind, we recommend setting up delivery alerts with the carrier and monitoring your package, especially during peak seasons.

Limited Stock: Our inventory is limited and restocks are not guaranteed. We recommend purchasing quickly if you have your eye on something.
