Refunds Policy:

All refunds for both online and in-store purchases will be issued as store credit. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or denial of your refund request. If approved, you will be issued store credit in the form of a gift card or digital gift card, depending on whether the purchase was made in-store or online.

Return Policy:

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item (or the delivery date for shipped items) to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  1. Be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags attached.
  2. Be in its original packaging.
  3. Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will promptly evaluate the issue and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange. These include vintage, swim, accessories, shoes, candles, and sale items. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products) are also non-returnable. We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before making a purchase.

Exchanges:

For the quickest exchange process, we recommend returning the item you have and making a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
