Refunds

All refunds for both online and in-store purchases are issued as store credit only.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether it's approved. If approved, store credit will be issued to your customer account.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return window, which begins on the date you receive your item (or the carrier’s confirmed delivery date for shipped orders).

Return eligibility begins only after the carrier confirms successful delivery of the order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be unworn or unused, with tags attached

  • Be in original packaging

Returns must be initiated through our self-service return portal in your customer account. Access your customer account here: https://account.shopmasbueno.com

Items sent back without initiating a return through the portal will not be accepted.

A flat $7.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit.
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, this fee will be waived.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us promptly if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Vintage items

  • Swimwear

  • Accessories

  • Shoes

  • Candles

  • Sale items

  • Custom products (including special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care and beauty products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you’re unsure whether an item is returnable, please contact us prior to purchase.

Exchanges

Exchanges are supported through the self-service return portal. When submitting your request, you may indicate an exchange preference. If the requested item is available, we’ll process the exchange; if not, we'll issue a store credit so you may select an alternative item.

International Orders

All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or carrier brokerage charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included at checkout and are the recipient's responsibility.

Refusal to pay required import duties or taxes is not considered a return or failed delivery. Orders refused at customs may be returned, abandoned, or destroyed by the carrier or customs authority. If an item is returned to us, any associated costs may be deducted from an eligible store credit.
