Flat Rate Domestic Shipping
We offer flat-rate domestic shipping of $7.95 per order within the United States. Orders are processed promptly, and you’ll receive tracking information as soon as your package ships.
International Orders, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes (including GST/HST), customs fees, or carrier brokerage charges upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and the shipping carrier and are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid at checkout.
Shipping charges collected at checkout cover transportation only. Any additional import-related charges are the recipient's responsibility and must be paid directly to the carrier or customs agency. Because customs regulations, tariffs, and enforcement practices vary by country—and may change without notice—we’re unable to predict or influence these fees.
If required import charges are declined, the shipment may be delayed, returned, abandoned, or otherwise disposed of by the carrier or customs authority. Refusal to pay import duties or taxes is not considered a failed delivery or a return. Any costs incurred as a result may be deducted from an eligible refund if the item is returned to us.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. We’re unable to replace or refund items that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
If this occurs, please use the tracking information provided to contact the carrier directly to file a claim, or contact the local delivery office or driver. We’re happy to assist with any documentation you may need.
Monitor Your Delivery
To help ensure smooth delivery—especially during busy seasons—we recommend signing up for delivery alerts through the carrier, monitoring tracking updates, and making arrangements to receive your package promptly once it arrives.
Limited Inventory
Many of our items are ordered in small quantities, and availability is not guaranteed once an item sells out. We’re unable to promise restocks unless explicitly noted on the product page.
In-Store Pickup (After Shipping Purchase)
If you’ve already paid for shipping but would prefer to switch your order to in-store pickup, please contact us at Support@shopmasbueno.com as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we’re happy to update the order and refund the shipping fee.
